Red Cabbage Pie

Ingredients

Six sheets of puff pastry

One small apple

100 gr brie

Hand of walnuts

100 gr cream cheese

200 gr red cabbages (chopped)

Honey

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Let the sheets of puff pastry thaw and press them together to 1 sheet. Fold the edges half a cm. Spread a thin layer of those cream cheese in the edges. Cut the apples into four parts and then into thin slices.
